How to order

The easiest way to order wholesale from Base is directly through our online wholesale portal. You're also welcome to email us a purchase order. Request a wholesale account here.

Once we've reviewed and confirmed your order, we'll send through an invoice with payment details.

Our products are also available through Faire if that's your preferred way to shop.

There's no minimum order value when ordering directly, and we offer free shipping on orders over $400 (ex GST) within Australia.

Ordering

All wholesale orders are placed through our online wholesale portal. Once your order has been received and confirmed by our team, an invoice will be issued for payment.

All wholesale prices are listed in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on wholesale orders over $400 (ex GST) within Australia.

Shipping charges apply to orders below this amount and will be included on your invoice.

Payment

Payment details and terms will be outlined on your invoice. Orders will be processed in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

Availability & Dispatch

Our products are handmade in small batches. Dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability and order size. We will contact you if there are any significant delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a suitable solution.
