Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Regular shipping is $15, or $25 to Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Regular shipping is free on orders of $100 or more Australia-wide. Express Post is $25, or $35 to Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

Local pickup

You can choose free local pickup from our Queanbeyan warehouse at 8/61-63 Thurralilly Street, Queanbeyan East NSW 2620. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.

Returns

As our products are personal care items, we don't accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, and if we need the item back, we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Gift cards are non-refundable. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in this policy limits those rights.
