Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Base Soaps order. As our products are personal care items, we don't accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, and if we need the item back, we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Returns should be sent to: Base Soaps, 8/61-63 Thurralilly Street, Queanbeyan East NSW 2620, Australia. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Refunds Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Your rights Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
