After a long time dreaming, planning, and tinkering behind the scenes, we’ve finally opened the doors to something we’re really proud of — the Base Warehouse Shop and Refillery.
It’s been on our wishlist for years: a simple, local space where you can top up your favourite soap without taking home more plastic.
Somewhere you can get your shampoo bar, refill your handwash, grab a few offcuts, and chat to someone who knows what’s in the bottle (because they probably helped make it).
Why a Refillery?
Because most people don’t want more packaging, they just want more soap.
The Base Refillery is all about making that easy. Whether you need a splash of handwash or a full litre for the family, you can bring your own container and refill what you need. No minimum amounts, no fancy bottles, no pressure. Just bulk soap, sold by weight or volume, at simple prices.
Here’s what you’ll find in the refill section:

What Else Is In Store?
The full Base range is available too — boxed bars, unboxed bars, shampoo bars, liquid soap, and more. If you’ve ever wanted to see, smell, or compare the bars in person, this is the place to do it.
We’ve even got a few extras that aren’t always online, like bulk offcuts or seconds that are just as good, but a little wobbly.
Come Visit
You’ll find the Base Warehouse Shop and Refillery inside our workshop in Queanbeyan. It’s low-key, but full of soap and good vibes. Bring a bottle, a jar, or even an old pump pack, and we’ll help you fill it with something better.
